On top of that, Advanced SystemCare has a Turbo Boost mode that temporarily terminates some unnecessary services and applications that run in the background making your PC run quicker.
They list this program as freeware but show you many things that you can't have or use unless you are willing to pay for them. They also advertise their own products within the applications interface. Those are the downers in my opinion.
The programs slick interface, ease of use and Functionality make it my number 1 choice for free PC optimization.

We like how easy it is to make great looking video demonstrations with Demo Builder 3d edition. Although the demo builder time line is not extremely dificult to use while adding your own features, effects and content, there is a small learning curve to grapsping the full functionality of this program not unlike most other software out there on the market. We would like to see it become less difficult to remove sections of time in our demos. Other than that we think demo builder is a top grade piece of screencasting software for flash presentations as well as other uses. Demo builder does allow you to export your videos in SWF, MP4 ,AVI, WMV ,DOC, and EXE file formats.
